I am very excited to collaborate with the lovely folks at Heartland, a retreat center upstate. Next weekend, September 18th -20th there will be a yoga retreat with Paul Manza and Julianna Takacs. I will be giving body, energy and breathwork treatments when you are not downward dogging. The retreat is $225 for the weekend and includes all meals and accomodations.
