New Moon on it's Way

Hello friends!!
Hope you all had a lovely Holiday and are ready for this Energized New Year !!
Feeling the excitement of the New year ,I couldnt understand why I was
so tired and emotional...Well a Blue Moon in Cancer("
As the New Year dawns, the lunar eclipse in Cancer") and Mercury Retrograde hmmmm...just May be the answer..Thank you Susan Miller! www.astrologyzone.com for your great insight. I try not to read my forecast untill mid month or end so that I have some free will...just kidding we always have free will but the stars and planets do not lie. You know, I'm a Virgo so I like to know when Im getting out of Retrograde!!
Well thank your lucky stars we are going direct, means it is ending,Jan 16th Hooray!! But keep it easy till after the weekend. ("
January 15 New moon solar eclipses are usually happy or upbeat in the news they bring."). With this New moon and the retrograde passing by its time to get active!
I thought I would post a few ideas that won't cost you a cent. Since we all need to save for the next big trip! Why not explore NYC it can be Free. xoxo

Accessing the inner wisdom available when we tap into universal knowledge can dramatically transform our lives. In this class we will focus on techniques used to awaken clairaudient (hearing) and clairvoyant (seeing) abilities and tactile methods to develop a dialogue with universal intelligence. We will learn a variety of techniques to overcome the defense mechanisms and misperceptions that impede intuition, to develop heightened awareness through our senses, to recognize energy patterns, to activate our intuition through meditation, and much more. Intuition is a human birthright too often lost in modern society: come reclaim this vital living skill to live a far more effective life and be of greater service to others.

Free Intro: T'ia Chi

Febuary 11,2010 6 pm

@ New York Open Center

Kenneth Van Sickle

T’ai Chi is fundamentally a martial art, but its most noble purpose is the achievement of health and vitality, as well as the physical, social and philosophical evolution of the practitioner. Its proper practice relaxes the body, reduces stress, and increases energy. Through repetition of a carefully designed sequence of movements we slowly get rid of energy blocks in the muscular, respiratory, circulatory, and nervous systems, thereby revitalizing our glands and organs, boosting our immune system and achieving a deep sense of centeredness and well-being. Kenneth teaches in the spirit and with the methods of his teacher, the legendary master Cheng Man-ch’ing, following the essence of the “Tao” and the “T’ai Chi Classics.”

Note: This class can be of benefit to students at all levels, from the physically challenged to gifted athletes.
